Psyflow is a digital platform that provides tools to support healthcare professionals in their clinical practice, including:

  • Structuring clinical reflections

  • Organizing professional information

  • Supporting session preparation

  • AI-assisted tools for clinical thinking support

Psyflow does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

The platform is intended solely as a professional support tool.


3. Eligibility

Psyflow is intended exclusively for qualified healthcare professionals.

By creating an account, users confirm that:

  • They are authorized to practice in their professional field

  • They will use Psyflow in accordance with applicable laws and professional ethics


4. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

  • The data they enter into the platform

  • Compliance with professional confidentiality obligations

  • Compliance with applicable data protection regulations

  • Ensuring that patient data is processed lawfully

Users must not enter identifiable patient data into AI tools unless explicitly permitted by the platform.


5. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Psyflow website.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • The healthcare professional acts as the data controller for patient data

  • SAS FlowLabs acts as the data processor

Health data processed through the platform is hosted by Celeonet, a provider certified for Health Data Hosting Certification (HDS).


6. Artificial Intelligence Features

Psyflow may include AI-assisted features designed to support clinical reflection.

These tools:

  • Provide informational support only

  • Do not replace clinical judgment

  • Do not provide diagnoses or treatment recommendations

Healthcare professionals remain fully responsible for their clinical decisions.


7. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Users must:

  • Protect their login information

  • Notify Psyflow immediately of any unauthorized access

Psyflow cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.


8. Service Availability

SAS FlowLabs aims to provide reliable and continuous access to Psyflow.

However, the service may occasionally be interrupted for:

  • Maintenance

  • Security updates

  • Technical improvements

SAS FlowLabs does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.


9. Limitation of Liability

Psyflow is provided as a professional support tool.

SAS FlowLabs cannot be held liable for:

  • Clinical decisions made by users

  • Incorrect interpretation of information provided by the platform

  • Data entered incorrectly by users

Healthcare professionals remain fully responsible for their professional practice.


10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Psyflow platform, including:

  • Software

  • Interface design

  • Texts and graphics

  • Brand and trademarks

are the exclusive property of SAS FlowLabs unless otherwise stated.

Users are not authorized to reproduce, modify, or distribute the platform without prior authorization.
